A Uniform Guidance report is prepared in accordance with the audit requirements of Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Any entity that exceeds $1,000,000 or more of federal awards in a year with a Fiscal Year starting on or after October 01, 2024 is required by law to undertake an Uniform Guidance audit ($750,000 or more with a Fiscal Year starting before October 01, 2024).
