Why Study at UAB?

The Japanese program at UAB is the only one in the state of Alabama that offers a concentration, a minor, and a large array of intriguing courses opens a new website that provide an understanding of the language and culture of Japan. Program faculty provide expertise in a wide range of fields, including anime and manga, film, translation, business, and language and society. Students receive outstanding instruction and personal attention thanks to our smaller class sizes.
