Striving to enhance engagement and retention of graduate trainees with diverse life experiences, perspectives and viewpoints in the neurosciences

There is a deficit of diverse life experiences, perspectives and viewpoints among trainees that leads to a lack of competitiveness and innovation in neuroscience research. The Roadmap Scholars Program meets this need by providing the necessary tools to succeed with the support of the NIH.
