She works with Investigators to develop study protocols and facilitates the appropriate training of professional level employees functioning in lead or manager capacity both on and off campus. Her responsibilities extend to quality and pricing of numerous Radiology related activities. Her 10 years of clinical experience allows her to serve as a liaison within the Radiology department. |

Eady is responsible for coordinating and organizing clinical radiological care provided in connection with various oncology related research efforts. He follows participants/patients from recruitment through treatment, discharge and follow up to keep pertinent records and documentation. His responsibilities extend to the coordination and organization of PET clinical research studies. He received his Bachelors in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He worked as a PCT on the HOSU unit, and also as a data manger and study coordinator in the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center. His experience with oncology patients and clinical trials will help him serve as a liaison between primary investigators, clinical staff, and research support staff for the Department of Radiology. |

Morgan is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 15 years of comprehensive experience across administrative, clinical, and research domains, with a focus in the Department of Radiology. His extensive expertise spans clinical and research operations, project management, and financial administration, positioning him as a strategic leader within academic medical settings. In his current role, Morgan is responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, practice and compensation plan management, and the coordination of university-related operations for the department. He leads multiple administrative units, including those supporting research and core facilities, and is adept at aligning departmental initiatives with institutional goals. Morgan excels in navigating complex clinical and research operations through collaborative efforts with the UAB Health System, the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His work consistently ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while upholding institutional policies and priorities. Further demonstrating his commitment to professional growth, Morgan is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration from UAB's Department of Government. This academic endeavor enhances his leadership abilities and deepens his expertise in healthcare management and public policy. Morgan's well-rounded background, strategic insight, and dedication to advancing patient care make him an invaluable asset to the Department of Radiology. |
