The University of Alabama School of Dentistry Alumni Association welcomes Alabama dental alumni back to Birmingham each year for Alumni Weekend, a celebration of lifelong connections, professional achievement, continuing education, and engagement with the school.
Each year, Alumni Weekend features continuing education programs, alumni awards, reunions, exhibitor and sponsor opportunities, and special events that strengthen connections among graduates across generations. Whether you earned your degree decades ago or are a recent graduate, Alumni Weekend offers opportunities to reconnect with colleagues, expand professional networks, and stay engaged with the school.
Continuing Education and alumni engagement
As one of the largest ental alumni gatherings in Alabama, Alumni Weekend combines continuing education opportunities with alumni recognition and community building. Attendees can participate in educational sessions, visit exhibitors, connect with classmates and faculty, and learn about current initiatives and advancements at the UAB School of Dentistry.
Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities
Businesses and organizations interested in exhibiting or sponsoring Alumni Weekend are invited to partner with the Alumni Association. Sponsorships help support alumni engagement activities while providing opportunities to connect with dental professionals from across the region.
