UAB Partners with University of Minnesota NEXUS Group
The site visit also focused on potential future outcomes measured among faculty including changes in perceptions of interprofessional collaboration and demonstrated use of interprofessional competencies after attending faculty development courses. These core outcomes relate specifically to conflict resolution, negotiation, use of teamwork tools and strategies, navigation of difficult conversations, and best practices in co-debriefing.
