Caroline Lambert, M.D., instructor in the Division of Hospital Medicine
Amelia Schuyler, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Neonatology
Sirine Belaid, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Gastroenterology
Jose Hernandez-Rivera, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Cardiac Intensive Care, earned his medical degree from the Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado in Santa Tecla, El Salvador. Dr. Hernandez-Rivera completed his residency in general pediatrics at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY where he also served as chief resident. He completed his pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at the Miami Children’s Hospital/Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, FL. His clinical interests include quality improvement, mechanical circulatory support, informatics and machine learning/artificial intelligence.
Maggie Vickers, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Gastroenterology, earned her medical degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Vickers completed her residency in general pediatrics at the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Regional One Health in Memphis, TN and she completed her pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Regional One Health in Memphis, TN. Her clinical interests include general gastroenterology, nutrition and inflammatory bowel disease.
Caroline Lambert, M.D., instructor in the Division of Hospital Medicine, earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Dr. Lambert completed her residency in general pediatrics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. Her clinical interests include medical education, patient experience and global health.
Amelia Schuyler, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Neonatology, earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Schuyler completed her residency in general pediatrics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL and she completed her Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. Her clinical interests include perinatal palliative care, neurodevelopmental follow-up, medical education and global health.
Sirine Belaid, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Gastroenterology, earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Belaid completed her residency in general pediatrics at the University of Iowa Stead Family’s Children’s Hospital in Iowa City, IA and she completed her pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
