The UAB Department of Otolaryngology honored its 2025 graduating residents and fellows with a celebration and awards ceremony on June 20 at Avenue D. Events. The evening featured a welcome by Justin Turner, M.D., Ph.D., chair and John S. Odess Endowed Professor, awards, roasts, and more. Specifically, awards were given for Faculty of the Year, Staff of the Year, and Resident of the Year for 2025. 

The awardees for 2025 were Ryan Coleman, R.N., for Staff of the Year; Phil Rosen, M.D., for Faculty of the Year; and Timothy Graham Norwood, M.D., for Resident of the Year.
