Compliance GUIDE Is Coming: Get Ready to Learn, Connect, and Grow!
The Office of Compliance & Risk Assurance is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the Compliance GUIDE education program, a new opportunity designed to strengthen our shared commitment to integrity, excellence, and compliance across campus. At UAB, compliance is everyone's responsibility—and together we can continue building a workplace culture grounded in trust, respect, accountability, and excellence.
Whether you're new to UAB or a long-time employee, the Compliance Governance, Understanding, Integrity, Decision-making, Excellence (GUIDE) program will provide engaging, practical education that helps all staff better understand the important role compliance plays in supporting our mission, supporting our co-workers, and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
What is Compliance GUIDE?
Compliance GUIDE is designed to make compliance education more accessible, meaningful, and relevant to your daily work. GUIDE consists of six monthly, in-person educational sessions with a small cohort of employees and is led by the Office of Compliance & Risk Assurance and our campus partners. Through the six sessions, participants will gain valuable insights into key compliance topics while building confidence in navigating the policies, regulations, and ethical principles that support UAB's continued success.
